Canadian Work-Life Network

The Canadian Work-Life Network is celebrating its 10th Anniversary - ten years of learning opportunities, networking, consultation and coaching. Ten years of building a community of interest and of practice, that has contributed significantly to the dialogue and advancements in work-life quality, wellness and corporate social responsibility. The Network has also created unique and valuable learning experiences, and opportunities to engage in collaborative projects and rich conversations.

The Canadian Work-Life Network has used a community development approach, applied in diverse workplaces across the country, to build awareness, facilitate action and foster culture change.

Over the years, Nora Spinks, President & CEO, Work-Life Harmony Enterprises, has hosted and facilitated hundreds of roundtables, conferences, forums, and clinics and delivered workshops and seminars; provided executive briefings and HR orientations to work-life issues through the Canadian Work-Life Network including:

The community which comprises the Canadian Work-Life Network, and Nora, specifically, have been involved in building awareness, and advocating in support of policies, procedures and practices that promote work and life quality. Examples of significant achievements include:
