Paula Cayley is an energetic, strategic business leader accustomed to working with multiple stakeholders and skilled in developing collaborative relationships.
Experienced in both the private and public sectors, in both unionized and non-unionized environments, Paula has a passion for assisting organizations and individuals in building healthy and productive workplaces.
In 1999, Paula became President and CEO of Interlock Corporation, a not-for-profit British Columbia based Employee Assistance agency. Over the next decade, her strategic vision lead the transformation from a regional, not-for-profit, to a national corporate brand, that successfully merged with an international leader in the delivery of health and productivity services, PPC International. Her integrated approach to change management facilitated a successful transition.
A graduate of Stanford University’s Executive Education programme in Customer Focused Innovation and Leading Change and Organizational Renewal, Paula adds value to the leadership development of professionals and organizations. Recipient of the Bank of Montreal’s - H.R Award for Motivation, Paula has co-authored articles on workplace mental health issues and is a frequent speaker on topics relating to Resilience, Generational Diversity and Change Management. Previously Chief Social Worker of the former Clarke Institute of Psychiatry, Paula has a long standing interest in the areas of Mental Health and Wellness.
Paula is a member of the Board of Directors of the British Columbia Council for Families.
