Mining

Goal: Develop international work-life strategy and local implementation plans in diverse countries around the world including developed, developing and transitioning economies.

Engagement: Guide the strategy development process, support the leadership team, assist with sourcing potential vendors, brief executive team, prepared Guidelines for Managers

Results: Global strategy endorsed by the executive team and local roll outs underway

Academia

Goal: Plan and facilitate Roundtables on Eldercare in the Workplace: What’s New & What’s Ahead and Return to Work Strategies after Stress Leave involving employers and academics

Engagement: facilitate corporate hosts, develop employer invitation lists, assist panelists prepare presentations to maximize value for corporate participants, facilitate roundtable discussions, strategize follow-up supports as identified throughout the discussions

Results: positive response from corporate community, waiting list for participation

Financial Services

Goal: Increase gender diversity in senior management, identify barriers for women’s advancement, develop recommendations for consideration by Operating Committee

Engagement: facilitate an appreciative inquiry with a diverse group of high potential women and women currently in senior management positions, synthesize findings and analyze results relative to internal and external research, develop recommendations for the division’s Operating Committee, brief Operating Committee, develop implementation strategy for approved recommendations.
Results: In progress
